What can I expect from the event?
Step into the fantastical world of Candytopia, where dreams of sugary wonder come to life! With each step, you’ll discover new delights, sensory adventures, and delicious confectionary surprises. If you've ever dreamed of tasting the magic of a Candy Kingdom or finding a Golden Ticket, Candytopia is the place to be!
Where is the experience located?
Candytopia is located at Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
Your visit to Candytopia has an estimated duration of about an hour, but you move at your own pace through most of the experience. There are a few timed rooms to ensure that every guest gets an opportunity to explore all Candytopia has to offer!
Will there be candy included in the ticket?
Of course — there will be plenty of delicious candy samples to try along your journey! Please help us ensure there will be candy for all guests, and take only as many pieces as you’d like to enjoy onsite. Remember, sharing is caring!
How much candy can I take from the sampling stations?
There will be candy samples in almost every room — so be sure you come ready to try some delicious treats! We encourage you to take as many pieces as you’d like to enjoy onsite. Please help us ensure there will be candy for all guests, and take only as many pieces as you’d like to eat during your visit. Using bags or other receptacles to collect candy is not permitted at Candytopia.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There won't be food or beverage on sale for on-site consumption at this event – though you’ll encounter more than a few tasty treats during your visit! There is also a variety of pre-packaged candy and bottled water available for purchase in the Candytopia shop.
Is there parking available?
There will be parking available at the Scottsdale Fashion Square parking lots.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Generally, Fever tickets cannot be changed or refunded.However, this experience allows for date and/or time changes up to 48 hours in advance. This option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where the "Change Date and/or Time" button will appear.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking?

ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket. If you arrive late, your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in an alternate time slot.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here for a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show a standard admission ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Flash photography, alcohol, water, food, smoking or vaping devices, and any kind of weapon including knives and guns. Anything which may disturb the other patrons is prohibited.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience. If you need an ASL translator, please contact us 2 weeks before your visit so that we can process your request together with our event partner.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there available accommodations for individuals with sensory needs?
Yes, our team has noise-cancelling/ear protection earmuffs available on a first-come, first-serve basis for individuals with noise sensitivity. Ask the ticket scanning or retail staff for assistance.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment, flash photography, and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience! We recommend that guests leave strollers in the car if possible. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
